Preisker Gardens HOA Meeting

Meeting Called to Order 7:00 pm Tuesday, January 13, 2009

Board Members in attendance: Ken H. (President), Darryl R. (Vice President) Sue C. (Treasurer), Helen (Member at Large), and Jayme (Clubhouse Coordinator).

It is the continuing policy of the Board of Directors to put a lien on a property when it becomes delinquent in dues by over $200.

Meeting Called to Order 7:01 pm Tuesday, September 29, 2009

Board Members in attendance: Ken H. (President) Darryl R. (Vice President) Sue C. (Treasurer), Helen (Member at Large), Jaymie H. (Clubhouse).

Purpose of Meeting :

MEETING EVENTS -

Treasure Sue C. gave statements as to why she believes board should remove Darryl Robida from Vice President.

Board members where given the opportunity to speak their opinions on the matter as well as the Preisker Garden Residences that attended the meeting.

Darryl Robida was given the opportunity to speak to the board and the residences of Preisker Gardens about why he should be allowed to remain on the board as Vice President

Board voted 3 to 1 in favor of removing Darryl Robida as Vice President from the board.

Darryl Robida is no longer on the Preisker Gardens Board acting as Vice President.

All of Darryl Robida's keys to the side gate, clubhouse, guard house, utility gate were handed over to the board during the meeting.

Darryl Robida's name will need to be removed from the Preisker Garden's bank account.

Darryl Robida will receive a copy of the minutes via email to take to the bank as proof he is no longer on the board and that his name needs to be removed from the Preisker Garden's bank account.

Board Nominations -

FYI - Voting ballots will be mailed out to home owners in the coming weeks.

It is the continuing policy of the Board of Directors to put a lien on a property when it becomes delinquent in dues by over $200.
