Preisker Gardens HOA Meeting


The meeting was called to order at 7:02 pm Tuesday, January 10, 2012

Board Members in attendance: Ken Hoberry (President), Jim Clatfelter (Secretary), and Jim Rodriguez (Member-at-Large).

The December minutes were read and approved.

Items of business included:

It is the continuing policy of the Board of Directors to put a lien on a property when it
becomes delinquent in dues by over $150.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:15 pm.
