Dues Increase ($110.00 Per month)

In the October meeting the board reviewed the budget for next year (2024) and determined dues would need to increase as the roads need repair and clubhouse needs repair. So a vote was made on increasing the dues to $110.00 per month effective Jan 2024. Please remember to write correct amount next year.
