Pump House and Pool Reopening

Pump house face lift and roofing project is complete! The project was finished in time frame promised and looks great! This inlcluded new fascia boards, new siding with moisture barrier, new roofing shingles, paint of siding and trim, and permits with city of Santa Maria. An adder was also made to reroute pool and spa heater vents correctly through roof and another adder for new roof sheathing.

As for pool reopening, sadly at start of project the pool locks were vandalized by someone outside the community and board had to padlock the gates closed for safety and security.

During this time the pool pump broke and the pool technicians have replaced the pump this week and are letting pump and filters do job of getting water ready for community use.

We estimate that pool will be ready for use midweek of August 7th.

Once the “Pool Closed” signs come down, swimming and soaking in Preisker Gardens Pool and Spa can resume!
