Setting up autopay of HOA dues with your bank

Many have asked how to set up automatic payments of their HOA dues.

Its as simple as using your own banking app or online banking website.

This will make your bank send a check to our Bookkeepers, Lapp,Fatch,Myers and Gallagher.

After logging in with your own log in credentials and password

Simply add a “PAY TO” recipient in your banks “Bill Pay” area. (Wording may be slightly different for your bank)

After this set up the payment as a recurring payment.

Remember the amount per month for HOA dues is $110.00.

Set the payment up to arrive before the 10th of every month so as not to have late fees on your account.

Note:

Make sure your banking has your name and address as a location in Preisker Gardens HOA.

Make sure to call and follow up a few days after with Lapp Fatch Myers and Gallagher to make sure payment was sent succesfully.
