October meeting Canceled & Jacuzzi updates

Next meeting Nov 12, 2024 At 7pm.

Also Jacuzzi closed for leak in sand filter mold. Pool sand filter was out of warranty. ETA for a new one 1-2 weeks. Looking at raising dues next year 10 dollars to $120.00 per month. Costs have skyrocketed. Helps HOA recoup what we spent on asphalt project to make community look better. Also keeps maintenance costs for pool and Jacuzzi going. Variable water pumps in future. Clubhouse exterior repairs and painting etc. Need to be done.
